By completing a payment, the customer confirms that the payment is authorized and that the information provided for the transaction is accurate.

MeridianMac will review the request against the applicable invoice, quotation, service agreement, payment records, work completed and any third-party costs incurred. Where a refund is approved, MeridianMac will confirm the approved amount and refund method to the customer.

6. Refund Method

Where possible, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction, net of any payment gateway or transaction processing charge already incurred as described in Sections 2 and 3.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway and the customer's bank or card issuer. MeridianMac is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or financial institution after the refund has been initiated.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact MeridianMac first regarding any payment issue or refund request so that we can review and resolve the matter directly where possible. MeridianMac reserves the right to provide relevant transaction, invoice and service records to the payment gateway or financial institution in connection with a payment dispute or chargeback.
