3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authentic information and documentation required for the provision of services.
MeridianMac shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, penalties or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, forged or late information or documentation provided by the client.
Where services involve government authorities, licensing authorities, financial institutions or other third parties, the client acknowledges that processing times and decisions may be outside MeridianMac's control.
4. Government and Third-Party Approvals
Certain services depend on decisions, approvals, processing times or requirements of government authorities, Free Zone authorities, banks, financial institutions and other third parties.
MeridianMac will use reasonable professional efforts to assist clients but does not guarantee that an application, licence, visa, bank account, permit, approval or other third-party outcome will be granted.
Any estimated processing time provided by MeridianMac is indicative and may change depending on the relevant authority or third party.
5. Fees and Payments
Fees for services will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, engagement letter or service agreement.
Payments may be requested in advance, at specified milestones or according to other agreed payment terms.
Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. MeridianMac does not control the processing, authorization or settlement of transactions performed by the payment gateway.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds relating to payments made to MeridianMac are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with the applicable quotation, invoice, engagement letter or service agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, branding, software, website code, documents and other materials, is owned by MeridianMac or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from MeridianMac.

10. Limitation of Liability

MeridianMac shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, rejections or decisions caused by government authorities, banks, payment processors, licensing authorities or other third parties.
